They may take anywhere from 30min to a few hours depending on size of the system and to give you time for any questions you might have for us! Often, by scheduling a Site Spec we can offer you tips or suggestions about your system to help it improve or to help you plan for what needs to be done in the future. And if on-site is too much, you can always schedule a phone call!
