As most of us are still under stay at home orders and are looking at limited gatherings for a long time, everyone is looking at their broadcasting capabilities and how to make them better quickly. There are a few things you can do on your own to make sure you are getting quality streaming audio! Here's another quick tip for improving your audio: - Multi-track your session so that you can adjust your mix later. We have a whole article about multi-tracking coming up for you, but wanted to give you a quick glimpse into multi-tracking. Having the ability to record a service and custom mix afterward (and have the ability to go back over it again and again) can be a great way to get a great sound! Now, be careful because this is going to add a layer of complexity to your stream mix, gain structure is very important because you can’t go back and change it without re-recording the whole set! If you have additional questions or are experiencing difficulties with your streaming, we would love to virtually “come in” and help you with any streaming audio needs! Whether that means giving your stream a critical listen, or helping you set up a post-fade aux mix to send to a stream or helping with your multi-tracking setup.
