If you follow us on Instagram, you’ve probably seen our Support videos. Not only do we want you to know the quickest way to reach Lambda if you need some help, but we want to make sure you have a place to turn when something goes wrong! We love designing and building AV systems, but we also love empowering YOU to use your system and keep it going for many years to come!

So, what kind of Support are you looking for as we head into the New Year?

First of all, did you know that Lambda offers warranties on our installs? Your system could be under warranty for repair or a replacement at no cost to you! If it wasn’t installed by us, that’s ok, we’ll still find a solution for you. We’ve even added video service calls in some cases so you can get help quickly. ​

Welcome to the new year everyone! Most likely you had a whirlwind holiday season, and your AV gear was used a lot or was turned off for a few weeks due to shutdowns. Either way, starting off a new year you probably notice a few things that stopped working or you want to have checked out before you head into the next few months. That’s where Lambda AV comes in!

Another great way to start the New Year is to provide a Tech training session for all your staff and volunteers. This is a great time for a refresher or to bring new team members up to date with your system. Most likely you made changes to how you run your AV this last year, so it’s important to keep everyone on the same page.
