The Ease of Switcher Racks
Here is a look into a recent project we completed for Mountain Springs Church in Colorado springs, Colorado. The tech Staff at the church created a goal to transform three children's areas into functional, multi purpose rooms usable for all different types of meetings and small groups, and events. For ease of training throughout, we helped them build a basic system to utilize in each space, so once someone learned one, they could easily use them all.
Each system consisted of a simple pull down screen, a Black magic TV Studio HD switcher, an H.264 pro recorder and a Sony laser projector. This created a simple system in each room that anyone could use. Event leaders can come in and press a button on the front panel to easily switch sources between computers, or connect a camera and use the H.264 recorder to record a meeting. The laser projector also provides a very bright and low maintenance way to show any kind of content in the room.
